Greg Bardwell, CEO and Founder
Greg Bardwell as the founder and CEO of Innovative Query, Greg is focused on the technology roadmap, software development team and strategic direction of the company. Greg founded an e-Learning company which he ran for 12 years. Prior to this he worked for six years for NASA and the Naval Research Laboratory. Greg holds an advanced degree in physics and a degree in computer engineering.
Greg’s extensive experience in technologies used for learning, knowledge management and user interaction has led to a broader expertise in the way people acquire and use information. Greg is a seasoned software developer and has led the development of numerous award-winning products. Building and running his business from the ground up, Greg has more than a decade of successful direct-to-consumer marketing and sales to educational institutions.
Charlie Minesinger, VP, Sales and Marketing
Charlie Minesinger serves as the lead for all sales and marketing activities for Innovative Query. Prior to joining Innovative Query, Mr. Minesinger was at Siemens Enterprise Communications in charge of enterprise software sales for Nortel Channel partners. For QMobile and Prosodie Interactive, he served as the lead for business development and new markets development in mobile applications and call center software.
Mr. Minesinger holds an MBA from the Robert H Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, as well as a BS in Engineering and BA in Development Studies from Brown University.
Zhendong Yu, VP, Engineering
Zhendong Yu as the VP of Engineering is responsible for overall solution architecture and all related software interfaces. Mr. Yu is an entrepreneur and engineering executive with more than 13 years of experience in technical innovation and engineering management. He specializes in understanding the business of technology and has played instrumental roles in growing startup companies to the next level or launching new products within more mature companies. His passion in life is to facilitate the transition from promises of technology to real world applications. Just prior to his role at Innovative Query Inc, he was VP of Engineering at iMagicLab, a leading CRM provider for the automobile industry.
Mr Yu holds a Masters degree from the University of Virginia, a Masters degree from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor's degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, all his degrees are in computer science.
